Concordia String Orchestra is an accomplished, dynamic and friendly amateur musical ensemble based in Aberdeen.

If you would like to join the orchestra, come to one of our concerts or are already a member, these pages will tell you everything you need to know.

Concordia's next concert takes place at 7.30pm on Saturday 25th March in Ferryhill Parish Church, Aberdeen.  We are pleased to be joined by tenor Richard Coleman who will be singing Let Us Garlands Bring by Gerald Finzi.  The rest of the programme takes a similarly Shakespearean focus, with works such as Purcell's Masque from Timon of Athens, German's As You Like It Suite, and Walton's Two Pieces from Henry V. We also include pieces inspired by Shakespeare plays, such as Tchaikovsky's Elegy, Faure's Nocturne and a movement from Beethoven's String Quartet No. 18.
